She joins Magnit from Kelly OCG, where she led the merger of KellyOCG, RocketPower, and Sevenstep, unifying operating models and technology stacks to deliver agile, client-focused solutions for large enterprises. Her focus on scalable solutions and governance drove historic EBITA growth, workforce agility, client satisfaction, and industry-leading internal mobility.
In her new role, Bush will help shape the next chapter of Magnit’s client service model ensuring delivery stays closely aligned with clients’ evolving business goals.
