Masttro, the global operating system for complex wealth, today announced the appointment of Andrew Peddar as Chief Operating Officer. Peddar will oversee the company’s Data Operations and Client Experience teams, strengthening the operational support behind its platform and reinforcing Masttro’s capacity to deliver AI-powered wealth solutions to a growing, cross-border client base.
Peddar brings more than 25 years of experience in financial technology and enterprise software, with expertise in investment data, analytics and reporting. He will report to CEO Jay McNamara and work closely with the team at Masttro’s New York City headquarters. The appointment comes as Masttro reports 43% growth in annual recurring revenue over the past 18 months. Since the start of 2025, Masttro has grown its workforce by 20%, with employees now based in seven countries, serving clients in over 40 markets globally.
“As Masttro grows, it is critical that we ensure the quality of our data and the support our clients receive grows with it,” said McNamara. “It is also essential that our tools and support keep pace with our growth. Andrew has spent his career connecting technology, operations and client service in complex financial software businesses. He will help us scale those functions together, so clients can rely on Masttro as their portfolios and reporting needs evolve.”
Peddar previously served as Group Chief Operating Officer of StatPro, where he led commercial, client-facing and delivery functions across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He later joined Broadridge Financial Solutions as Vice President and General Manager, overseeing a global financial technology business serving major financial institutions. Most recently, he was Chief Revenue Officer at Next Matter, an AI and data orchestration platform serving asset and wealth managers.
Strengthening data operations and client support
Peddar will oversee Masttro’s global operations, onboarding and client experience functions, bringing these teams together to deliver a seamless and consistent experience across the client lifecycle. His focus will be on strengthening collaboration, improving operational efficiency and ensuring that service quality, data reliability and client outcomes remain central as the business scales.
Central to this approach is Masttro’s commitment to working closely with clients as long-term partners, understanding their evolving needs and incorporating their feedback into ongoing platform innovation. This collaboration helps ensure Masttro continues to deliver solutions that create lasting value as both its clients and the business grow.
“For clients managing wealth across institutions, entities and asset classes, reliable data and responsive support are essential,” said Peddar. “My focus will be on building upon Masttro’s strong foundation, further strengthening how our teams work together to deliver the connectivity, reporting and support clients depend on every day.”
