As SpeedPro Cape Fear’s owner, Matt brings a background in manufacturing and operations to the studio, having served as a Senior Consultant implementing continuous improvement processes to maximize profitability and reduce costs for client organizations. That discipline drives his approach to building SpeedPro Cape Fear into a thriving business. Opening the studio also represents a personal milestone: after spending much of his professional career working on-site with clients away from home, Matt saw SpeedPro as the opportunity to achieve the work-life balance he desired.
