Voxel is the industrial intelligence company re-envisioning how real-world work gets done.

The executive hires come alongside rapid growth for Voxel, which recently ranked No. 71 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. The new additions strengthen Voxel’s operational foundation across go-to-market, core AI, and forward-deployed engineering as the company scales its active intelligence platform to continuously optimize site operations.

Hal Mady, Chief Revenue Officer: Mady will lead Voxel’s global go-to-market strategy and commercial operations. A seasoned revenue executive with a track record of guiding SaaS organizations through critical high-growth inflection points and four successful exits, Mady’s background includes early revenue leadership at DocuSign, executive roles at K2, Shiftboard, and Kony, and serving as CEO of Dash through its acquisition by DaySmart Software. Most recently, he served as CRO at FormAssembly and President & GM at airSlate.

Krishna Gopalakrishnan, Vice President of Perception and AI: Gopalakrishnan will lead the engineering organization building the core computer vision systems and operational AI models powering Voxel’s platform. Bringing deep technical leadership in real-time computer vision, Gopalakrishnan focuses on expanding Voxel’s capability to see, understand, and act on physical operations in real time.

Asaf Elani, Field Chief Technology Officer: Elani will serve as the primary technical bridge between enterprise customers and Voxel’s core product teams through a forward-deployed execution model. He brings specialized expertise in partnering directly with site leaders to turn applied AI models into scalable, enterprise-grade capabilities that deliver rapid time-to-value.

“These additions to our leadership team come at a pivotal moment for Voxel as we come off the heels of our Inc. 5000 milestone,” said Vernon O’Donnell, CEO of Voxel. “Bringing Hal, Krishna, and Asaf on board gives us the strategic leadership to continue our rapid growth, innovate our active intelligence platform, and deliver greater operational impact for the enterprises that rely on us.”

In addition to its rapid market expansion, Voxel was recently recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces, reflecting the company’s commitment to building an innovative, high-performing culture alongside its business momentum.
